I am an RN, my husband is an MD. We have owned the Fotona Nd:YAG laser for over 4 years as well as your Er:YAG laser, using it in the context of a busy laser aesthetic practice. We are at this time, adding your Q-Switched Nd:YAG/KTP laser in order to get into the growing request for tattoo removal.
Over the years I have had the opportunity to RE-treat a number of people who were treated by other laser technologies. Most of these patients were refugees from significantly unpleasant laser experiences.

We use the laser for all skin types in treatment of hair removal, vein removal, collagen rejuvenation, acne, warts and skin resurfacing for sun-damaged pigmented skin as well as ache scarring etc. Because of the user definable beam profile and proprietary variable square pulse technology, we are able to optimize the beam for every one of these treatments.
Hair Removal: Treatments are highly effective, all but side effect free, and unmatched in patient comfort and satisfaction.
Veins: We treat all veins from the smallest telangectasias to 4mm+, red or blue. My MD husband and I have 15 years experience with a successful Sclerotherapy practice. Despite the fact that you will hear and read that Sclerotherapy is the gold standard to vein treatments, our results with the Fotona Nd:YAG laser are clearly superior in terms of outcome, patient comfort and side effect profile.
Collagen Rejuvenation: The flexibility of the Dualis platform is such that the laser settings shown to be effective, in peer reviewed journals, are matched or exceeded.
Acne: My acne practice consists of patients who have failed multiple pharmacological therapies. I have had a lasting response with these resistant acne cases.
Skin Resurfacing: Easily mastered. Provides the highest level of skin treatments patients are seeking. These are “wow” treatments with “wow” results. Well, to be honest – I think all of our treatments have the “wow” factor. This has been a life changing addition to our medical and personal life.
