I would like to personally thank you for your help during my quest to purchase an Erbium resurfacing laser.  I have been using my new Fotona Fidelis very steadily since I purchased it back in October 2005.  I have to say this is the best Erbium that I have had a chance to put my hands on.

My venture to find an Erbium Laser started over a year ago in the summer of 2004.  I soon learned that after opening a Medical Spa that I would need more than a microdermabrasion unit, acids, and several non-ablative lasers to truly help correct levels 2 and 3 photo damage.  I actually knew I would need to start laser skin resurfacing.  I did my research and personally felt that CO2 resurfacing had too many side effects and down time so I focused on Erbium technology.  I was given your name by one of your previous customers and called to inquire about your product.  Honesty I was a bit apprehensive as I was not that familiar with the Fotona laser Company.  I therefore continued to look for Erbiums.  I traveled to several places and clinics in the US and Canada.  I looked at many Erbium lasers including, Focus Medical, Laserscope, Lumenis’ Ultrapulse, Sciton, to mention a few.  Deciphering between all these took time.  I eventually narrowed this down to a couple,  I then by random chance decided to call and ask a few more questions.  I then looked harder at the company and found out how long they have been around.  I was delighted to be given an invite up to watch this laser in action on two cases the next day.  After meeting with a Fotona Physician owner and seeing this amazing Erbium in action I was very interested.  I have to say that the affordability of this Fotona Erbium Laser sealed the deal not to mention how pleasant my experience was. 

Since I have purchased the Fotona Erbium I cannot tell you how user friendly it is.  The R-11 hand piece allows me to adjust from 2mm to 7mm spot sizes without even turning the laser off.  Comparatively speaking no other erbium that I tried is as easy to use.  The ease of this laser allows me to sculpt different body parts exactly to the desired depth. 

I worked very hard to put all the pieces together to insure I obtained a quality Erbium resurfacing laser at a fair price.  I truly believe that I have achieved this goal.  My treatment results have been excellent and my patients are very happy.  Fotona has produced a wonderful laser and has excellent company representatives.  Since my purchase I have recommended Fotona to many of my colleagues.  I would recommend the Fotona Erbium Resurfacing Laser to any doctor or patient without reservation.
