Prior to purchasing our Fotona laser, I did some research into product support by calling you and other sources to be sure we could get service if we required it. Even though we weren't purchasing the laser from you, the time you spent with us and the level of experience that came across gave us the comfort level we needed to move into this new territory. Since then we have acquired various accessories and training from you and your U.S. distributor and have come to appreciate a product that has had so many years of development behind it. We were concerned about purchasing a laser that didn't seem to have as strong a domestic base as its competitors and wasn't even built in the U.S. Now I can see that when you build it right, you don't have issues. When you have clinical support like yourself and the trainer you sent us, and a distributer that gets us what we ask for regardless where it comes from, you don't generate issues either.
This is our first experience with Fotona Lasers as our previous laser purchase was though a competing brand, Now I really wish we had heard of Fotona before we purchased the other company's laser over a year ago. (We're on our first "loner" for our "second" laser from the other company who, I must give credit for attempts to service, has at least been trying to correct all the various problems. And this is not one of the "junk" lasers that are out there, this one of probably the top 3.) Not only is the Fotona rugged and reliable but its ease of use - I can't explain why, but even before we used it on patients, I really liked this laser. (I know a little about lasers, I use to be involved with the design of large research ones.) I wish all our lasers were Fotona.
Even with all the support we've received and the importance that will serve as we upgrade equipment, to paraphrase a movie line: "you had us at the laser". We're looking forward to long term involvement with Fotona.
